نحن في SheFits حريصون على رضاكِ التام 💜

لو المنتج فيه مشكلة أو المقاس مش مناسب، تقدري تعملي استبدال أو استرجاع خلال 48 ساعة فقط من استلام الطلب.

✅ الشروط:

  1. المنتج لازم يكون في حالته الأصلية (غير مستخدم – غير مغسول – التيكت والليبل موجود).
  2. لازم يكون معاك رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة.
  3. الاسترجاع بيكون بقيمة المنتج فقط (بدون مصاريف الشحن).

🚚 الشحن:

  • مصاريف الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بتكون على العميل.
  • في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي أو خطأ من جانبنا → بنغطي تكلفة الشحن بالكامل.

⚡ كيفية الطلب:

  1. راسلينا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام على WhatsApp أو Instagram DM.
  2. ابعتي رقم الطلب وصورة للمنتج.
  3. هننسق مع شركة الشحن لاستلام القطعة وتوصيل البديل أو استرجاع المبلغ.

If the item has a defect or the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange or return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

✅ Conditions:

  1. Item must be in original condition (unused – unwashed – with tags/labels attached).
  2. Order number or invoice must be provided.
  3. Refund applies to product value only (excluding shipping fees).

🚚 Shipping:

  • Return/exchange shipping costs are covered by the customer.
  • If there’s a manufacturing defect or our mistake → we cover the shipping cost.

⚡ How to request:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
  2. Send your order number and a photo of the item.
  3. We’ll arrange pickup and send your replacement or process the refund.
